The service
Earl is a private AI assistant for real estate agents, currently offered as a private beta by invitation only. By using Earl you agree to these terms.
Your accounts and data
You connect your own email, calendar, and CRM accounts to Earl and you remain their owner. You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect, and for the messages you direct Earl to send. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Earl to send spam or unlawful communications, to access accounts that aren’t yours, or to interfere with the service.
Beta service, no warranty
Earl is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. Earl drafts and organizes; you are responsible for reviewing what goes out under your name. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earl Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Earl and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end beta access at any time.
